Pandemic Guidelines for Patients

• Everyone is required to wear an appropriate mask at all times when in the clinic, covering nose & mouth.
• Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, hallway, and in each room. 
• The waiting room is closed. No guests or other family member allowed at this time.
• Please come at your scheduled appointment time. The door is locked. If I am able, I will bring you into the office earlier. 
• Patient must cancel if they have any symptoms of cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, loss of smell or taste. I will be doing the same for you. I am happy to instead prescribe a formula for you.  
• I ask that the patient report to me if they test positive within 2 days of seeing me at my clinic. This applies to me as well. 

All staff are fully vaccinated and cleaning protocols remain the same as before; with air purifiers run in all rooms and all surfaces and equipment sprayed and wiped with an EPA approved disinfectant between each patient. ​Windows are open most times and can always be opened on request.
